1. We promise that we will always show each customer that we care, and we will do our best to ensure that any problem with any product at any time will always receive the highest level of service.
2. For the life that you own the product, we promise to repair or replace any product, which suffers a structural defect (refer note below), provided: –
⦁ The product has been installed as supplied and has not been modified.
⦁ The product has been expertly installed in accordance with industry practice.
⦁ The product has been properly maintained in accordance with EcoEco procedures.
3. Our promise is in addition to your rights under consumer law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded in the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced at our discretion if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
4. Please address all claims to firstname.lastname@example.org , you will receive an email confirming our receipt of your email and detailing our procedures for investigation and rectification.
⦁ All glass, hardware and moving parts carry a guarantee limited to 1 year.
⦁ As part of your contract you agree that ‘EcoEco’ will be afforded the opportunity to rectify any problem.
⦁ The cost of installation, delivery and redelivery are not included in our guarantee.
⦁ We do not consider manufacturing standards and tolerances to be defects, nor are variations in the colour of products or timber components.
⦁ We reserve the right to modify any design without notice where it is our opinion that the modification is an improvement.
⦁ You agree that we will only supply goods at distances greater than 100km where the buyer is aware and agrees that the labour cost of our guarantee is limited to travel within 100kms of Hallam. Distances beyond 100kms may at our discretion incur a charge at cost for travel and out of pocket expenses for each service person for each event.
⦁ Claims for products damaged on arrival must be received by EcoEco within 1 working day of delivery.
