As we all know, global warming will increasingly affect climate, so where ordinary aluminium windows are designed to survive winds of over 100 kilometres per hour, “ECOECO” designed its EcoTech window to withstand cyclonic winds of over 300 kilometres per hour.

And by incorporating the best design principles, incorporating optimal air gap technology, “ECOECO”’s EcoTech aluminium window design ranks number 1 in Australia’s Windows Energy Rating Scheme (WERS) against other aluminium windows.

The result, a window to survive cyclonic conditions which delivers massive savings in energy costs, a window which costs less than the average window.

‘EcoEco’ was conceived by Ed Stelling who at one time established largest single site aluminium window manufacturer in southern hemisphere

The story starts in 2004 when the team decided to get a head start on the market by introducing energy efficient windows and doors in PVC. Then when they could see that demand for PVC windows was not increasing, they turned their attention to the massively accepted aluminium windows and doors.

Setting a target to design the best performing aluminium window, at an economic price, with highest quality, the team came up with the EcoTech window design which is acknowledged by many customers as being First in Energy, Strength and Value.

After independent NATA testing, this EcoTech window proved to be the highest performing aluminium window in Australia, (compared to other aluminium windows which do not have a thermal break in the construction). But, even compared to some of the better known thermally broken aluminium windows, it beats these for energy efficiency.

Across all parameters, performance was impressive.
