With a striking combination of timber batten cladding and render, the first floor features a dominant architectural series of columns that frame the Commercial Series Double Hung Windows and draw the eye upwards. These windows provide excellent ventilation whereby the top and bottom sashes open at the same time for the effective crossflow movement of air.
