Ecoeco’s professional Site Service team performs various tasks, including the onsite joining of products, fitment of security and barrier screen systems and assessment of products for warranty claims.

Ecoeco is a supply-only building materials company and an integral part of correct product operation is correct installation. Our products have inbuilt adjustability, which is set to default for delivery, so your products may require some adjustment to work at their best.

Should you feel your product requires adjustment, we recommended you speak with your builder or installer to confirm they adjusted the products after installation. Otherwise, if you are confident with a Phillips head screwdriver you can try this yourself. If your concerns persist after the above adjustments have been performed, reach out to the Site Service team to book a product assessment and warranty claim.

Where the product is deemed defective, this will be rectified, otherwise, a call-out fee will be charged.

Site joining and fitment of security and barrier products.

Products greater than 6 metres in length and corner sliding and stacker doors require joining on site; as does the fitment of all security and barrier screen products. It is important our customers take our commitment to OH&S compliance seriously, ensuring that there is level ground with ample space and clear access (as close to the location where the product will be installed) as possible.

To ensure Ecoeco can meet your preferred delivery timeframe, please contact the Delivery Administrator in your state at your earliest convenience. Note: payment settlement of the outstanding balance must be processed, and the final amount cleared in full during the final week of fabrication to trigger the actual delivery sequence.
