EcoEco – Double Glazed Window

SERVICE

Delivery

Our team works closely with customers to keep them informed of key dates as an order progresses.

Once a sales order is approved by the customer, no further changes or alterations are permitted as powder coating, aluminium cutting and the ordering of glass commences immediately. This allows us to guarantee product completion in the agreed timeframe.

Products are fabricated 4 weeks to site from the agreed time that an order enters production. This provides customers with an assurance that the delivery week is set, to allow for further planning as required.

Our specialist Delivery Administrator will notify the customer 2 weeks in advance of the delivery day of the week, where it is not necessary (but recommended), that someone is on-site to receive and inspect the products upon arrival.

Payment settlement of the outstanding balance must be processed, and the final amount cleared in full during the final week of fabrication to trigger the actual delivery sequence, (pending the finalisation of regional and metro transport scheduling).

Products must be delivered on the scheduled date with no exceptions.

An alternative delivery address can be submitted; however, it is the customer’s full responsibility to transfer the products between the alternative delivery address and the project site.

Our team meticulously crafts each product to meet your project’s individual requirements.

Ecoeco takes seriously our joint commitment with customers to OH&S compliance and delivery care guidelines to ensure products are delivered safely, and in a manner not placing them at risk of damage, prior to installation.

Read carefully the responsibilities and requirements outlined for both Ecoeco and our customers by expanding the accordion:
